Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Cake Nagar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest quality products. However, we do have a cancellation and refund policy under specific circumstances:

General Policy

• Once our staff connects with you to confirm order details, amount paid, and estimated delivery time, cancellation will not be accepted.
• Same-day delivery cake orders cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Deadlines

• Customized Cakes: Require at least 24 hours’ notice before the delivery date for cancellation.
• A processing fee of 5% to 15% may apply depending on the payment method and order type.
• After validation and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the same payment mode used at purchase.

Important Note

• If our delivery partner reaches the specified location and the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the refund will not be eligible.

Orders May Be Cancelled by Cake Nagar If:

• You are not reachable to confirm the order.
• The delivery address is outside our service area.
• Delivery fails due to insufficient or incorrect address.
• The ordered items are unavailable.
